Vassago's redesign is finished! This was a character I made a long while ago but only recently finalized his design!

Emperor Vassago Deo Omnipoteti or coined as "The Vermilion Emperor" rose to power amidst a bloody civil war. A leading force in uniting the fragmented states into a unified Empire. Revered amongst his peers the line between fear and respect becoming blurred amongst his loyal. He resides within his ornate palace building his Empire from behind the scenes while he splits his time being a surrogate father for Amon.
