It was Thanksgiving, and Remy and his family were heading over to be with his grandmother. But they would not be going alone. They invited Stephanie and Richard's families as well.

Their parents were already there helping with the meal. So Remy's parents agreed to bring them over.

That afternoon, Richard and Stephanie arrived at his house. Remy happily welcomed them.

When it was time to go, they climbed into the car and were on their way.

"Hey," said Richard, "isn't there a song that goes "over the hill and through the woods?"

"Yeah," said Stephanie, "only it's "over the river and through the woods, to Grandmother's house we go."

Everyone started singing the song as they made their way onto the freeway.

Remy sighed. "Well, there's only one problem with that."

"What's that Remy?" asked Richard.

"My grandmother lives in a condominium. She actually moved in two weeks ago."

"How does she like it?"

"Okay, I guess."

When they arrived, Remy's grandmother was there to greet them. She took their coats for them. Richard's and Stephanie's parents were there as well.

Once everything was ready, they all sat down at the table for their Thanksgiving meal.
