This is a cel-shaded version of a line-art commission I got from Cybercat, who did a really nice rendition of Terry as a buff anthro dragon. With permission, I cel-shaded it myself. I also made a few minor edits such as extending his hair over the left side of his head and removing the bellybutton since even though furred dragons have a lot of mammalian traits, they still hatch from an egg.
