Cost-cutting measures, eh? The smart thing would be for the Howling Cerberus to accept some paying jobs in the Outer Rims far from the Empire or thrift/clip coupons. If not then they could risk raiding a small Imperial Convoy or other bandit's supply depots for supplies and credits/currency ... perhaps letting off some steam pirating would do Voolvif some good as along as he doesn't cross too far a line. 🌠🏴☠️

Fun fact a 1950's hydraulic jack "made in Germany" rated 1 ton, will collapse at 4, a 2024 very good "made in china" rated 1 ton will collapse at 1001 kg.
(Don't even talk about those rated 1 ton and totally fail at 495 kg, Chinese units even if labelled kg m kW and so on and look like SI unit tend to not be the same.
A 2 Chinese kw generator will be something like 500 "European" Watts or a 20 Amps relay that will burn with anything higher than 10 A !)
About cable china made copper coated iron cable just 4 time more resistive, so a 15A extension cord will start smoking at anything higher than 5 A

Gambling debts and at times patching things together with whatever works, the occasional heated argument, some shades of Han and Chewbacca with the Millennium Falcon, though such would be the same for many smugglers, bounty hunters and similar ne'er-do-wells.
Like with Peer, Freki and Geri are oddly endearing if perhaps would sometimes be a bit exasperating for their packmates I would imagine, though when it really comes down to it they'd come together and make for a formidable team and of course the Howling Cerberus is still flying. If things do get a bit out of hand, there's the strong paw in the silken glove to keep them in check as we see in the following page.
