Savan Smith, one of the weakest members of the Cobra Brotherhood, and yet one of the most capable. He boasts only a very minor amount of super intelligence, yet his skills with arcane alchemy are top notch. Boasting being the second half of the Alchemy Brothers, Scinner being the first half, and boasts incredible potions that can temporarily grant superpowers to those who drink them. He has a full list of ingredients he needs for each one and their effects, plus instructions for how to make them.

On top of his alchemical prowess, Savan also boasts the Angel Bond Artifact. With it, he can give prophetic hints as to things that will happen and, in turn, use those prophecies to give quests to others to stop whatever bad might happen there. In return, those who complete the quests can be given small boons, such as a small power boost, an item, or something else.
