I looked it up.
Aku in the german version of Samurai Jack had two voice actors: Ernst Meincke and Kaspar Eichel.
Here is a link where you can listen to a sample of Kaspar Eichel´s voice:

I imagine given Ullfr's knowledge of herbs and a Shistavanen's refined olfactory sense, he'd go for a subtle blend of those with certain medicinal properties and particularly appealing scents, a myriad of different brews honed by decades of knowledge and experience, though poor Peer can't really appreciate it too much since it's just been a sensory overload. Still Ullfr merely shouts at him rather than throwing the hookah so Peer probably finds that preferable.
I wonder whether Ullfr might have ever had contact with Ithorians and perhaps traded knowledge with them.
Peer's luck may at least have turned a little, Geri being distracted by the arrival of Freki and immediately another argument between the twins brewing, and Ullfr probably is wishing he'd been able to smoke in peace and feeling the beginnings of a headache.
