Not gonna lie, Nebulax felt weird to draw at first. This guy's design is strange in the high-saturation-magenta-on-green way. But he ended up growing on me? There's something simple and satisfying about drawing a bully character who you know will get their behind kicked. Like David and Goliath, if Goliath were a freaky alien.

Also tried some new stuff with the rendering style and I like it! Basically fuzzy lineart + layered painterly shading + strong colours to lean into that cartoony vibe.
