Indeed, that race is quite heavily misunderstood just because of their "child-like" look since people just tend to be so inpatient and judges like that when they have no idea that they can be still quite small while look old, gives birth (mini potatoes), male Lalafells grows beards and especially gos to adventures and fight blood-thirstiest monsters off.

But don't let that get you and just enjoy being potato. And to make you happier, I know plenty of people who likes Lalafells and also plays as one. ;3
