Horseshoe is a physical powerhouse, easily rivaling even what Indigato can manage at his larger sizes. He's direct, aggressive, and won't take any perceived slight from anybody (he spent too many years like that as a henchman to ever go back). More than anything, the trouble with Horseshoe and his racket is less stopping him from committing a given crime, and more stopping their destructive methods from hurting dozens along the way!
