Another amazing request from mosasaur! I quite like how Peex has decided to blow herself up just a little so she can puff up Mystical Elf from Yugioh like a balloon so she can be used at parties.
I gotta congratulate Peex on just getting a little bit balloony since she's scared of inflating herself due to popping if it means caring for others.
And indeed, this request was inspired by a Tom and Jerry episode called Tomic Energy.
