Just a couple of rough tough cowboys bullshitting in the bar at the end of a hard day. :3
Anyway, bit of a contest with this one, if someone can tell me all 5 of the horses colours in this one, and yes their are 5 horses, I will draw them a free single character sketch.
And by colours I don't just mean saying on is a paint, I want the specific paint pattern.
Goodluck :)
Also, don't send me notes, just leave a comment here with a guess, then I will know who got it first.

I'm only seeing 4 horses (unless you're counting the bartenders' hands ...in which case determining color is mighty difficult since he could be any number of horse colors that have 'black' points).
Anyhow...
Dark Chestnut (possibly Liver Chestnut) Sabino
Dun (Golden Dun)
Bay (Appears to be a Red Bay on my screen)
Buckskin (Buttermilk Buckskin?)
Black? (I can only see black arms...it could be a Bay, Buckskin, or Dun...)

Nope, you've got his base coat wrong, and the pattern as well.
here's where I got my color info from, I know different sources say different things:

Despite what that says regarding Tobiano, the APHA would register him as a Tobiano because he meets the standards for one.
But honestly the markings could be any number considering we can only see his arms, tail, and face/neck. He could very well be a Splashed White. But Tobiano and Sabino both apply based on what's showing. The only way to know the difference would be to see his entire body.
He's too red/dark to be a Champagne...

actually, the tobiano gene causes all four feet to be white(which I agree you can not see) and it has to cross the topline of the horse(which you also can't see) but a tobiano always has a solid head, with minimal white markings(a star, stripe, snip or small blaze) also tobianos don't have blue eyes.
As for sabino, here is quote from the site I got my information: "blue eyes not considered a trait of the pattern and if it does occur in conjunction with Sabino it is usually a trait of a certain line of horses and these horses usually only have one blue eye, not two. (The Khemosabi line in Arabians is very prevalent with Sabino, some of which have blue eyes), or it is being caused by another gene.|"

The APHA just says the following about the head markings of a Tobiano:
"Head markings are like those of a solid-colored horse--solid, or with a blaze, strip, star or snip."
It doesn't say minimal white markings, nor does it mention anything about blue eyes. In addition to the stuff already mentioned (white legs and so on), it just says:
"A tobiano may be either predominantly dark or white.
The tail is often two colors."
So per the APHA, he would be classified as a Tobiano. But he could also be a Tobiano that's also a Sabino. He's not a Overo (he has white arms, and he'd have to have colored arms), and he's not a Tovero (no spotting on the tail and too much color on the face). So the only thing left is Tobiano, Sabino, and Splashed White. O_o
*Is a color nerd...forgive me.* XD

I'm gonna take a guess. >_>
(In the picture)
Bay
Bucksin
(At the bar)
Bay paint, sabino
Grulla, possibly buckskin, also?
And I think the bartender is Dapple Gray. A lot of horses colored in that pattern have the splotchy/sketchy black/silver legs like that.
Nice pic, too! ^_^

You are pretty close, there is another paint pattern similar to sabino that is less patchy and always results in blue eyes. I know the picture is a little dark, but if you look at his main you notice it is actually a dark brown. :)
for the second, you have the right gene, but the wrong colour. Although looking back on it now I think I did a rather poor job of showing that colour. For comparison though, Brush is a grulla.
you are the first person to get the dapple grey right though! awesome sauce :D

Nice! Haha I read through a few others' comments, and saw that no one guessed dapple, so I thought I'd mention it. X3 But yeah, I've been around horses my whole life, and did rodeo for about 4 or 5 years, but it's been a while since I've heard a lot of horse lingo. x__x
Let me think.. >_< Tobiano is the pattern where white is allowed.. Wait, no. Tobiano is where the color (black, brown, etc) is the base color, with white splotches that do not go over the horse's dorsal line. I have a Tobiano Paint mare (APHA registered), but she's black, so.. >_>
After you saying that about the Paint's mane, would he be a sorrel or dark chestnut? It seems a little odd for a chestnut to have a dark mane. O_o My AQH is a copper-ish chestnut and has a flaxen mane/tail.

The problem with the horsey lingo is it is so inconsistent. everyone seems to have a different definition for colours. I take all my info from this website, it doesn't go by breed standards at all, but instead the actual genetics.

you got dark chestnut, it isn't common, but you can find dark chestnuts with almost blach manes, they're pretty cool :) but I'm afraid he isn't a tobiano either. Do you have pictures of your lovely ponies anywhere, I'd love to see them. :)

I do have some of my AQH, but not of my Paint, oddly enough. O_o I'll try to get some this weekend though. I'm like, 5 hours south of where she is, but I'm going up there this weekend, so.. Yeah. X3 Here's my Clayster:

Raised him from a foal. ^_^ He's the one I was talking about, being a copper-ish chestnut with flaxen mane and tail. He's my lovechild. XD
