Whenever I see a fez I think of 'it's the feeeeeztival of life!' guy from Indian Jones and the Fate of Atlantis. Best. PC. Game. Ever. EVER. And it came along with Day of the Tentacle. Awesome. Too bad the sound card that was the host of this enormously fabulous software bundle was so crappy and would override the mouse IRQ port no matter how many times you reassigned it. Yes I still remember how annoying you were soundcard. I'm sure your manufacturer is long out of business but the pain of a soundcard that does not share well with others is still remembered. You had to deftly not move the mouse while the sound card was loading anything into mem or BAM computer shut down and then like the approximatley 150 000 beeps to alert to a non-interruptable interrupt mask IRQ conflict at start up. "Wait?! Was it four long and six short and two long or two long and four short and six long??"
Actually I miss the old pre-plug and play days. USB is for pussies. :P

I just couldn't leave the black sketch as it was just so boring; so I stuck a screen layer over it. *L*
The feet are kind of an interpretation of the four bird feet of the character. I just couldn't get it to look right with all four feet the same so I kind of improvised with a paw/bird foot blend in the back.

*flails* WHY HAVE I NOT SEEN THIS?! You got her down PERFECT in all her awkward fluffiness! (And arg, her feet, even I don't get them right, the front are pretty much the same typical feet I give gryphs like Dakota but I ended up looking for a more theropod/ proto-bird look for her feets, too bad I just can't even really do it right myself. )
Oh gosh, and the fez. It kind of stuck for a while after
vincinicolaides did an icon of her for me over Livestream while geeking out over last year's season finale of Doctor Who. ("I wear a fez now. Fezzes are cool.") I kind of had to force her to stop wearing it. Now that's she's wearing it again I dunno if I'll get her to take it off this time!
