Some Path to Nowhere yapping:

Been itching to draw an anthro version of Ninety-Nine for quite some time.
She was the first Sinner I had interrogated that made me sob, her story and relationship with Hella, her sun, really got to me.
I had initially intended to draw her as an albino wolverine given her claws and her violent outbursts but the more I progressed into the game I came to find
Out there's a Sinner named Wolverine (ahhahh) in the game.
I've seen others in the fandom depict her as a large white dog (with Hella being some kind of rodent or pomeranian) so went searching for something that suited her and landed on a Hungarian Kuvasz.
Strong livestock guardian breed, taller than a pyrenees (cuz damn is she tall) and fluffy <3
Given the experimentations she and Hella endured together, with Hella being the first one to show her what the sun is, she's extremely overprotective and loyal of Hella (and eventually you after helping her), I think a canine is a pretty good fit for her <33
