Prehistory Abridged: Private Investigator, Victor Samson was chasing down a desperate lady on the verge of menopause who always wanted a child but could never find the perfect mate. This culminated in a fight in a sperm bank...Long story short, a Salamander couple decided to use the service since the father was sterile due to undisclosed means. At the age of six, the resulting child and her parents went on a cruise which was originally meant to take three hours, but, a freak storm tossed her off the boat (The name of which she can't quite remember). She washed up on the shore of an uninhabited island except for a resort on the other side, the owner seeing her as nothing more than a "Filthy Urchin". For most of her life, she lived on the beach on the fruit and fish on the island or, as a change of pace, whatever the resort was serving. As fate may have it, Jade was stranded on the same island. After their time together, she had a reason to leave the island with the drive to see him, her first real friend, again.
