Standing in the center of the bedroom, she began by slowly tilting her head to one side, then the other, to relax the muscles in her neck. Then, she raised her arms above her head, stretching like a cat waking up. She then bent down to touch her toes, feeling her muscles gradually loosen.

She finished with a series of light twists of her torso, followed by some yoga movements that she had learned to soothe her tensions after demanding days.

- It feels good ... she murmured while exhaling deeply, appreciating the feeling of relaxation that invaded her body.
