Emperor Lunice, Luni for short, is the Emperor of the Synthian empire, the ones that are the rival faction to the Omarasa.
He's pretty dumb and sheltered, for the most part unfit to rule and just lets the advisors do anything, not even giving any orders until outside forces come along to sway his mind, his only real job is to help create more Basflimans.
