To be honest, I sleep very badly and I don't know what to do about it. Maybe it's time to think about magnesium or sleeping pills from Canadian pharmacy. I lost sleep after severe stress and worries. I realized that I started having a lot of health problems because of stress. I wish everyone to feel calm and not worry about trifles
