I find it interesting that people often sexualize pyramid head the way they do, considering what he actually is and represents. Personally, I think a lot of it had to do with the way he was designed in the movies (with obvious musculature etc).

As a big fan of Silent Hill, I can say that I really love Head's pyramid, although its meaning and symbolism are questionable. Although in the film they decided to take his image, which without James does not make sense, but he is already a symbol of the series. Attraction to him is explained by psychology - fear prompts the release of adrenaline, which affects arousal, and the human body can confuse emotions (if I may say so)
