I would love to talk to Peryite and have some requests of him. Of all the daedra he is the nicest.

Not sure if nicest, but he seems to be the most down-to-earth of them.

Well, nice as in, he is polite. He also not gonna try to trick or force you, he is straightforward and you can simply say no to his request. Out of all aedra and daedra he and Sheo would probably be the only ones one could actually ask for anything and have a chance to get it (but in case of Sheo you run the risk of becoming a furniture or something other mad if he finds the idea funny and probably gonna twist your wish while Peryite if actually accepted and you somehow complete it you gonna get it, at least I assume they go the power of creation still since they didn't sacrifice their power to create Mundus. Compared to other daedra which would probably just not care in best scenario to straight up hurt you for daring to bother them and aedra who literally only care to tyranically rule, especially Akatosh, aedra won't save or help anyone, daedra at least can try.

Sorry for wall of text, I like lore and with great wishes and lover of dragons Peryite as a powerful possible wishmaker, and a dragon, is cool to me. Worst case scenario I get deadly sick in which case, well, I won't be able to feel sad for the failure for long and in best case scenario he makes me a dragoness, win win!

No worries, I'm very much of a fan of TES lore myself. And I can totally get behind the idea of Peryite being the most worthy of worship amongst all daedra. Not very sure about the aedra, to my understanding, they just don't have any real influence on the world since their whole power was used up on its creation and maintenance, so they can't do much even if they wanted to.

Well, here's the thing, aedra still despite sacrificing their power do things, they will bless you for certain things and have some other minor effects, the most influencial being obviously Akatosh who still does things with dragonborn, some other time shenenigans and even showed up as an avatar to fight Dagon so they still do some things just it really seems pointless to pray to them like you can encounter in games for the deities to save them or do anything in particular.
