I went all out on this one.

Background: A soldier is in the draft, and has to go fight in the war. He dies on the battlefield, but his wife gets his final letter from him. It describes the day he left, and the promise he made, but sadly couldn't keep. As she looks over the letter, over and over, she realizes that she was not the only one that made a promise that was not kept.
