Fun fact: Tattoos that wrap around the neck hurt like hell. Don't think I've ever shown this character, but it was inspired by an old City of Villains character I made, which in turn was inspired by La Mariposa from Dead Or Alive.
Don't ask me how I ended up with this, because I don't remember.
Either way, Imma figure out if I can change the character enough so that I can come up with a nice story for her, along with other characters related to her.
