This is one of my favorite songs by me so I rerecorded it with my current setup and my "nice" acoustic guitar
The acoustic and vocals were all recorded with an MXL 603s, probably my favorite mic I've owned for my voice
The electric guitar and bass were direct line in. Guitar used the old VST plugins called the SimulAnalog Guitar Suite from like 16 years ago
The electric guitar is a Westone Dimension IV
The bass, some piece of junk First Act thing, I just used a compressor
Drum samples were all found on freesound.org and I arranged everything
I recorded the cabasa myself just to add sound to the chorus to make it sound a little bigger/rhythmic (not sure if it does any good on it but eh! :V)
Thought of trying to build the atmosphere but I'm not good at filling the background space
