Pretty interesting to jump from one of the most popular bears to a rather unknown newcomer; I commend you for it.
He's certainly got a very inviting design, with his towering stature and that sort of loincloth he has there as part of his outfit. Seems like the interrogation was not yielding useful results, so they decided to shut his mouth until he changes his mind.

oh another great choice of a bear! I took note of the movie only because of the polar bear on the cover! how is the movie?^^
oh and will there be only cleave gags on your bear list ? I'm not disputing that cleave gags are not great but bears works so well for many type of gags after all^^

Placing him in an environment he is accustomed to may greatly help soothing him.
This makes me curious. Your previous captives seemed to be gathered by species in the same structure, such as a dungeon for the wolves and some ethereal, Eternal-specific fabric of reality and materials for the dragons. How about the bears, where are you keeping them secure ?

While the wolves were held in a kind of traditional dungeon, where spectators could see them through barred doors in cells, the dragons were bound in one gigantic hall on stages with standing stones to surpress their powers, where the audience could approach them freely from all sides.
The bears are held in a dimension that is more or less outside, not a building, only a landscape, only difference would be, while you are in an Alaskan environment near the bound Tundra bear, just a few steps closer towards the polar bear Garcia, the environment would eventually change into the snowy northpole.

I've been trying to avoid spoilers for the movie as it's one I'm intending to watch soon, the concept an unusual one but that could be rather fun, so I'm hoping it will be enjoyable. Garcia does have a rather appealing design in any case, that balance of cuddliness and ferocity and that he certainly tear you apart if he wanted to, looking if anything somewhat annoyed at getting himself into this situation. In any case hopefully a character whom there will be more art of in the future but perfectly portrayed with your style.
