During the many adventures I had with my friend in World of Warcraft, we came upon a mystical forest environment in the Shadowlands: Ardenweald. Among its majestic tall trees and the creatures which scurried beneath their canopy, were the protectors and guardians who protected the land from danger and imbalance.
CENTAURS!!! Furry centaurs! Vorkai, to be exact.
And I wanted one for a mount!
Yeeeeesss!
Ha ha. Despite my excitement, my friend had to remind me that they probably would not take too kindly to me using them as a mount. And she referred to me by name, something she didn't actually do very often, so I knew she was being serious, heh heh.
It was such a funny moment, and with Ardenweald being totally my zone with it's centaurs, satyrs, and mystical nature vibe, I had to illustrate it.
My character was an (Orcish death) knight, while she played a Forsaken hunter (more dead looking than depicted here.)
