Pivnov is a jolly and friendly Flygon that’s always more than eager to meet new people. Being of an ice-type variant of his species, he prefers the colder, snowy areas and can navigate through harsh blizzards with much greater ease than he can with sandstorms.

During strong blizzards, Pivnov likes to help anyone he can, helping them find shelter and keep themselves warm as they wait the storm out.

Despite being an ice-type, his body is quite warm, being able to hold his body temperature in the cold landscape.
