This is another Team Cyclone member, Cumulow aka Culu. Her name is based on the cloud called "cumulonimbus".
She's 25 years old girl with chubby appearance, but she can't complain about her figure, she's happy what she is.
Cumulow has a rather energetic and enigmatic personality and is generally in a positive mood, and loves cute Pokémon.
She has an inflatable suit which can makes her floats. Sometimes, she wishes that her actually body can be inflated and fly in the sky with no limits.
So, when she first met Soria and Inflight, they were enemies at first. But after Inflight saving Cumulow from falling towards the sky with her ability to inflate her body instead of her inflatable body, Culu and Soria becomes friends, only in privacy.
