Storm magic includes ice and snow - and Cyr's fully ready for the season! He's showing off for a small audience, I'm sure.
I really like how this turned out - the outfit, the pose, the ice, the swoosh of both the spell and his hair. This might be how I draw him for the next couple months, haha.
