Another member of the Cobra Brotherhood, Vince is in a similar league to Vandel in terms of his power, though definitely way outside of Vandel's league when it comes to raw power. Regardless, Vince is a very capable combatant and not someone to be underestimated.

Vince's powers revolve around magnetism. Anywhere within 50 feet of himself, he can generate a magnetic field, of which can pull with 50 pounds of force per cubic inch it takes up. He can make anything around him have a magnetic field, but like with normal magnets, they'll only attract other magnetic fields or ferromagnetic objects.
