General size is like interacting with other furries that are on "human" scales. So plainly short there at 4'. Vs my overdeveloped funny tf setting of the manatear, where in canon they'd be 1'6''. Because pretty much everyone in the manatear are short for reasons, their "average size" hovering around 4'.
