This came out really nicely. You did a nice job showing a good amount of progress and keeping it feeling synchronized in terms of speed between each of the panels. You get a sense of how fast he's going, but at the same time it isn't making huge jumps in terms of progress. I rather like how you managed to detail the bottles to show not only their transparency, but also the liquid as well with the sight of his thumb in the drinking panels. Nice touch with that :)
The muscle tone in his legs in the seventh panel was a nice touch too, a bit unexpected which makes it all the more enjoyable to see sudden details like that. The smoothness of his growing body and curves are really well drawn and definately give him a soft and comfortable feel for his growth. Even the swelling of his cheeks adds a sense of cuteness and adds to the comforting feel being made. I like how you even included the ears to puff out and have them growing inward too for their puffiness :)
