A kitsune born over 400 years ago, born with a genetic defect and without a tail because of it. But, given incredible power in spite of that, almost as if the universe were apologizing to him for his delayed development. Vandel, the third most powerful member of the Cobra Brotherhood, and the snottiest, most egotistical narcissist you would ever dare meet!

Vandel is a very powerful kitsune, despite boasting only 4 tails currently. His 'element', if you can call it that, is Fundamental Forces. Gravity is the first one he gained access to, followed by a few power boosts and the addition of terrain manipulation as a subset of his gravity manipulation. If he were to be aged up, his 5th tail would grant him power over the Weak Force, Positive attracting to Negative, effectively, Magnetism. His 7th tail would give him power over the Strong Force, the force that binds atomic nuclei together, which would let him rewrite all physical objects around himself. His 9th tail would grant him complete and total dominance over Time, allowing him to manipulate its flow around himself without limit to his direction though it.

To top all of his potential, he's got an ego the size of Mount Everest. He'd been raised to believe that kitsune were simply above all other species, and was always told that he was special and most deserving above all others. He's spoiled and definitely doesn't think he can be improved any further beyond his own natural potential, and he never wastes a moment to brag about how great he is.
