“Ah let tu get away zis time, ma Fleur! Bon anniversaire!” Pepe Le Pew called as he wistfully watched the birthday girl floating blissfully away, not minding that she'd evaded his romantic pursuit.
Penelope has tried to use giant balloons to escape the amorous skunk many times, but they have never worked. Either Pepe found a way to reach her, or the balloon had popped. But not this time. Not only has our black-and-white cat finally mastered the technique of airborne evasion, but she can now get a gorgeous view of Paris on a huge cushion of rubber and air.
What a fitting gift for a milestone of a birthday. Pepe doesn’t mind. He knows she’ll come down, and this time around, she won’t mind either!
