Lol yea also they don't find you interesting anymore because you're probably busy rushing with stuffs (and in the end you're even doing it for them other than yourself) and the little you do like crossing an ocean or try to do some little effort for them is not even appreciated, Feels so numb when they make you feel like crap.

In my experience, I've found that most people that have problems expressing themselves, or talking very much to begin with, have problems with the idea of sounding silly. Just stream of conciousness that shit; whatever is coming to mind should also come to mouth. If they are close enough to you, you shouldn't worry about sounding silly. "Those that mind don't matter and those that matter don't mind"... or something like that.
