This is an adopt I bought from Lady Cybercat a while back and then wasn't quite sure what to do with, since most of the dragons in my stories are feral/quadruped. This might work as an anthro form for Narkath the enforcer in Pax Draconica, though he'd probably need to have his ears removed since dragons in that story have internal ears.
Anyway, I commissioned GothyCollie to draw him in shiny clothes, so here we are.
