Thinking of stepping up your game? Mix your gravy packet into your beef for a new take on cottage pie!
Ingredients:
8-10 mashed potatoes
2 small tubes ground meat
1 large onion finely sliced
1 can green peas
1 can corn kernels
2-3 finely chopped carrots
1-2 finely chopped garlic cloves
1 packet Shepard’s pie spice mix
2 packets gravy mix
Shredded cheese of choice to top
Recipe:
1-preheat oven to 375f
2-prepare veggies+prep and mash potatoes
3-cook meat throughly (no pink)
4-add veggies+1cup water with 1 gravy mix and spice mix to cooked meat & combine
5-in a large non-stick baking tray, layer meat mix and mash then top with shredded cheese
6-bake for 20 minutes then let cool for 5
7-serve and enjoy!
