I'm very behind on Fakiru Week, and this is my first year participating lol!
The first day's theme was the song "Breaking Free" from High School Musical. Now, I had many many ideas for this piece but none seemed to materialize. Then I came across this adorable image taken from a performance of Romeo & Juliet and I was like "I have to draw these two in this pose," it's just too perfect for them!

Deadass, I don't know much about High School Musical or Romeo & Juliet so I just gave "Breaking Free" a listen and ran with the vibes. And here we are! Anyways, thanks for reading!


Context: Fakiru Week is a week dedicated to the ship of Fakir and Ahiru (aka Duck) from the 2003 anime series Princess Tutu! Highly recommend that show to anyone who hasn't seen it.
