I was watching videos of Mario Party minigames, especially Mario Party 2 which is still my favorite one so far, and then i remembered some old ideas i had for a Mobster themed world. That's when i came up with a minigame where you play as a detective interrogating suspects by tickling them.
The goal was simple: you use the wiimote to wave a feather across the suspect's foot in order to tickle them until they couldn't take it anymore, and whoever made their ticklee reach their limit before the time runs out wins. Aditionally there Will be random "sweet spots" place on each sole, hitting the target it will provide a boost to the laughing meter.
I choose to use Lemmy, Wendy, Ludwig and Roy because i like them and i felt like drawing the Koopalings again, plus i still needed to draw Roy and Wendy.

Thank you!
I didn't wanted the feet to look the same so i played around with different poses that matched with the koopaling's reactions. Wendy is curling her toes as she tries to resist the ticklish assault, Ludwig tried to do the same but failed and is starting to give in, Lemmy is wiggling his foot wildy as he laughs in desperation, and Roy has completely surrendered to the tickling and his only hope now is that the minigame ends soon as he splay his toes in defeat.

Wow wow wow wow... @w@
My kind of idea right here! ☆
Four Koopalings all in one pic too, my my..
Outdoing yourself once again, and you know i've gotta give my praise for this one~
How couldn't I? Everyone loves a little Mario Party after all.~
Stating the obvious first, I think you did the representation and theming for each character wonderfully~ <3
Each character respectively being paired up with the character closest to 'em, and I'm definitely giving bonus points for not only adding the outline and darker shading for the hands, but, the cape feather colors matching each character!
And little stuff like the timer UI looks right out of the games!
Arbitrary praise also going to the time the timer is on specifically.. Its a small detail but, I think even just picking a number like 21, funny meme as it may be, just kinda works best with Mario Party's fast-paced gameplay.~
As far as the Koopalings go..? Really glad they play into this idea as well as they do!
I think there's alot of room to explore of all of their feet, making finding a sweet spot quite daunting for some of 'em, but it plays into a minigame-esque situation remarkably well so, props for that!
And its veeery much like them to get into some detective trouble..
Once again, theming is nicely done here on all fronts, from the poses, to the size of their feet, hiding that hand holding their foot in place more and more with the sizes, over to the gauge meter as well!
Ludwig being the most sturdy, obviously holding a more reserved, neutral stance, Wendy recoiling and reeling to the other side at the tickly sensations since I'm sure this isn't her usual forte, Lemmy being his goofy self and shooting back, and Roy being the edition I'm actually happy to see! He is not handling this well, and I love that~ <3
Glad to see you making use of that "Bigger they are, harder they fall" schtick that i've grow so generously comfy towards..~
As far as the rest of the details go, I have some praise to give for all that.~
Not only do I love just how accurate and thick you make each and every one of these Koopaling stompers look, even ranging in size, the subtle pinker hue to 'em, and not even mentioning the glow you added, working comfortably with the light projected towards them.~
Even the wrinkles have some variation here, which Roy lacking much of the detail while its faaar more abundant on the two to the left.~
Mario Party is also known for being unfair and y'know, I think you even managed to capture that as well.. uwu
...Doubt anyone else is winning if Roy's playing the role of one of the 'lees.. :V
All still, loooooove this one~
I think it'll come to be a guilty pleasure of mine to admire~
Great stuff as always!

Thank you!!!
I had a lot of fun coming out with all the details such as the laughing meters, the player hands and the timer. I really wanted to make it look like it could be a legit minigame, and yes i did specifically chose the player hands to match with their respecting Koopa, i was thinking of pairing Wario with Roy but thought Donkey Kong would've been more fitting.
Oh Yeah! Roy's been on top of my to-tickle list for some time, originally Lemmy was going to be the one loosing it, but i thought it would be more fun to see Roy laughing his head off with only a few swipes of a feather across his meaty, thick sole.
Which brings me to the timer, and while i did used 21 because of the meme, there's another reason for it. Apparently some 4-player minigames only last 30 seconds, meaning that it's only been 9 seconds and the Koopalings are already loosing it, especially that beefy jerk Roy Koopa >:3
Im very happy to see you really like it that much! And as always, i appreciate your detailed comments everytime!
So once again, Thank you!!! <3
