Her design is based on Lammergeier Bird / bearded vulture. Looking for names with same name origin as Rakan / Xayah (Arabic, most references) I ended up with "Aqila"=Wise in Arabic/Muslim, that also sounds like the latin word "Aquila", as the Eagle constellation name.
