#7 - My Life as a Stressed Out Student
Luka is a very stressed student. He worries a lot, just like I do. At least I felt that I did well.
Pity that the citric acid cycle I studied uber-well didn't come out and I had to chose a less good essay question. Poor me. :<
SPOILER (14-Jun-2015): I had failed pharmacy, and now three years later, I've freshly graduated from a Bsc (Hons) Creative Computing degree. How things turn out, right? Look at one of my comments saying about what I'd do if I had to restart my life xD

Risky, sure, but I never once failed an exam and I'm looking at the possibility of getting a 2.1 now.
Essay questions are a bitch though - they need you to show a depth of knowledge as opposed to a breadth. My best advice is to look for past papers and see what topics have come up a lot. Once I found out that and I could prepare for things they wanted to know (instead of just things I found easier to remember) my marks got a lot better.
Whats the overall degree, Biochemistry in general or is that just one of the courses you took? I think I had to do a little of that early on and I'm a Zoologist =3

Yeah... It's not a foolproof method, though. The citric acid cycle and glycolysis are like, one of the most important things in biochemistry, but he didn't give us any questions about either of them, so it was the "just in case" studied topics that saved my ass there. But you're right, pastpapers are incredibly useful.
Zoologist? Really? Awesome!~
I'm taking pharmacy for the degree, and I'm a second year student so biochemistry was like, compulsory for it. I practically get to become a drug dealer, yay! Except a legal one, of course. :3
