Charger is the latest in a long line of messengers, postal carriers, and communications experts. The fact that his extended family has recently invested in wired communications means that there is now a telegraph and telegram office in his hometown. Charger is familiar to everyone in town as he regularly delivers the mail beside his older siblings. His adventurous spirit and attitude, his inherent speed, and his willingness to actually fight the various monsters that live in the area have all brought him to Breezer's attention.
Somewhere along the line, he acquired a feral friend who occasionally accompanies him on his delivery rounds.
