Lag is an amateur boxer since adulthood, and a training partner and rival of Draco, my Snivy-line OC, as both evolved through their lines. From Treecko vs Snivy, passing through Grovyle vs Servine, and finally Sceptile vs Serperior.
Training under the same mentor, both became strong gutpunching enthusiasts, trying to become the better one at their fights. Lag has a better punch but is worse at taking hits, Draco is more of a tank, taking more while not having as strong of a punch. So, their fights were balanced and the winner was rarely decided until the very end.
And it quickly grew into a very close friendship due to their shared... kinks...
