This is a request by Katttoma2 for some cartoon cuties being bound and gagged in catsuits. We have Avery of Sailor Moon being kidnapped and tied to a pole in a cat suit.
Avery is the second youngest of the Megamoon Sisters who work for Rubeus. Born in the 30th Century on Earth, she was one of the many members of the Negamoon Family who were banished to the moon Planet Nemesis. After attacking Crystal Tokyo and capturing Crystal Palace, Avery, her sisters and Rubeus travel back to the 20th century to change history in the Negamoon Family's favor. Avery presumably serves as Sailor Venus's foil.
