Quick ref sheet of an old character I’ve revived.

Name: Sumaiya
Age: 3 (to put in human mental age, somewhere around 18-23.)
Species: Gaian Manticore (Domestic)
Gender: Hermaphrodite (fully functional). Female Identifying.
Likes: Exploring, annoying Prisha and Khadija, ruining Khadija’s garden, eating, playing pranks, play fighting …
Dislikes: Khadija, wearing dresses/formal clothes, reading, attending classes.
Background: The pampered pet* of a rich man. She’s very much a tomboy – much to her owner’s dismay. She enjoys a very privileged existence, whiling away her time playing and generally just being comfortable. Despite this, she sometimes yearns to join the wild Manticore – having read (fairly romanticised) depictions of their lives. She is very jealous of Khadija, who is her owner’s favourite pet. Sumaiya often goes out of her way to bully Khadija, often trying to wreck her pride and joy - her garden.

*Pet in this case, literally means just that – a pet, just as you would keep a cat as a pet. It’s not a euphemism for something sexual. Owners do not have sex with them – if they did, they’d be looked down upon in disgust – and probably be arrested. Despite the creatures being very like humans, it should be stressed that they are still animals.

I’m still tweaking her design, but for now this will do. I'll probably tone down her hair colour a little.
