"Yeah, Killjoys, there's a Zone 16. There always has been. Seems everyone's been tuning into the West side, mostly up to Zone 6. Can't blame them-- not a lot get this far if you haven't already been born here.
But hey, that's ok, 'cause I, Madame Mew, will make sure you party killers in the West get all the sugary, brain-busting feedback you need to keep yourselves alive.
Now, I've gotta warn you: I can't talk long. I'm running. A lot of the stations out here have shut down, and it's with the heaviest heart that I tell you I'm just not invincible anymore.
As most of you know, the further out you go it only gets more dangerous, starting with Ground Zero-- Battery City. Dracs are hiding out in whatever bushes are left and the exterminators...well, don't close your eyes too long.
Zone 16 over here just isn't the best place anymore. Remember raiding the darkened Rite-Aids years back? Well, that's over. The air's beginning to slow and the Dracs are closing in. If you guys don't high tail-it outta here, you might just end up-- -"
