I don't get the Thanatos and Croak joke...

Thanatos is the Greek name for the personification of death. And Croak is kind of a cutesy slang term for it. I wanted the difference in their names to reflect their appearance and status as Agents of the Beyond.

Oh yeah, another thing I was wondering about- the whole "bring the thing that killed you back to life" thing- what if someone died of disease? Do they get stalked by a guy with a bad cough or something?

Naw, they just enchant any potentially-lethal object that had a strong connection with that person's death. Possibly some kind of hospital equipment. And remember, 99 times out of a hundred, possessed objects go after mindless zombies, so their work's over in a day, tops.

It would be hilarious to be killed again by the Chicken McNugget you choked to death on.

great story so far just spent between my rounds at work reading two of the five books... now on a side note i have saved these to a hard drive years ago and been meaning to read them the whole time i remember getting the second one on what was once yiffstar.com shortly after you posted it like a day or two afterwards. snuff or snuffie as you use was something i was not to keen into but this is great. whsh i had red it before now honestly.

I don't care when you read my stories, so long as when you read them they bring you enjoyment. :)
