Antlers actually is something that prevent me from drawing her in hats unless it's ushanka (hat with earflaps) mostly because I wear it irl
About swimming pool, I myself have aquaphobia so it's hard to process something with my reindeer around water even thou feral reindeer usually familiar with swimming in cold water and should not be afraid of it,
but oneday I'll win fight with this fear

Another idea you could consider: if a world with anthros, I suppose they'd make hats adapted to everyone, including reindeers. What about an ushanka which is shaped to cover antlers too? That sounds fun and very Nordic friendly!
And I am sorry for water. Myself I have robotphobia, so I can understand the type of fear you can feel. Take care of you and there are other ways to enjoy summer hats and swimming suits, like reading outside while covered under an umbrella!
