Finished rendering the foreground hill and the cliff face of the hill

Having a little difficulty with figuring out the grazzy hill in the foreground. The technique I used for the bushes kinda worked a little bit, but there's a lot that didn't work as well at such a large scale. Going to need to learn some more effective techniques when working on larger areas

Still just using a grass stamp because I can't be f***ed to draw the blades myself, and I don't have another texture brush that works with the skillset I have. Something I can figure out later

Feeling mid about that, but I'm actually pretty stoked with how the cliff face turned out. did a mixture of crack and sand texture and it looks like a believable shear cliff

As fun as it is seeing the render come to life, I am getting a bit bored with shading rocks and grass every day for the past week-ish. Don't be surprised if I take a break day eventually to just draw cat or fox butts/boobs

That being said, I think it's coming along nicely. Definitely learning a lot, even if it is slow and boring. Lots of techniques I think I will be able to pull into my character renders soon.
