In China they use these as cars because the government made everything too expensive and that was the only thing China could not ban or tax out of reach. I suspected we shall see these in California soon. Incidently now the eldery that need them cannot afford mobility scooters. Ah. The sound of green progress.. . Sounds like... Screams of pain.
