Who told you that kobolds were naturists ?
Slander ! How dare ! They're civilised creatures, with their own traditions, life and creations, that don't necessarily depend on dragons for that ! You should stop these harmful stereotypes and focus on respecting them as individuals with their own creativity !
Or... at least that's the tribe from where Faeris came from. Isolated, and avoiding dragons due to... unfortunate past events. These kobolds live in the desert, first kobolds of the earth leaving the security of the forest... soon joined by kobolds of the fire, united in cave systems next to both territories. Just a few at first, but years after years, they were joined by others, and became their own tribe, the Sahravas. Hiding, fearful of retribution and being found back by their prior "masters", they built a small comunity.
And between them, came an original one... Faeris, a scout, that was from the generation born inside, and decided to scout back outside, to search for food, and secure their grounds. Inspired to sew their own clothes, based on practicity to walk in the desert, but also to blend in nicely in the forest he happens to go frequently, Faeris really is unique for his quite colorful clothes and accessories he enjoys wearing most of the time !

Gosh, i'm so HAPPY ! It's been long since i wanted Faeris to get their outfit... and it went out so well and great. syperiuys did an amazing work with the design, and helped me so much with it through and through ^^
It kinda gives them some "shaman" vibe i feel lol, espite Faer being more of a scout, i guess they have a flair for design and aesthetic. :p
I don't know how often it'll be used, but i sure wanted to make it real. It was a part of the character and culture around it that i wanted to see come alive.
Let me know how you think about it ^^
