Gender: Female

Background: Kapheira is not a normal Tannin as she appears at first glance. While not involved with the Legion her mother, a self described witch (more accurately a Cult Leader) did something that the Legion had been working at first; Creating an Artificial Dragon, although the Legion were attempting to create Life without the influence of already existing Dragon Blueprints while her mother used her older brother's severed tail as the base to create her ideal successor as opposed to her son who she refused to share any magical secrets with.
Her mother was doting but also very controlling and strict about every aspect of Kapheira's life: Her education, what she is allowed to think, who she is allowed to interact with, etc...she is very much the type of mother who wants to live vicariously using her daughter.

Personality: Kapheira has a tendency to be smug, acting like a knowitall while also being completely naive and often very wrong on subjects she doesn't understand but confident she is correct. Thanks to her mother she is very intelligent in subjects and practices relating to Magic, and not much else especially because her mother has given her a lot of false information. Aside from being arrogant and given false information she is also very curious, and weirdly sweet trying to do things which she thinks is helping other dragons but with no regard for privacy or what others actually want.

Weaknesses: Sheltered, Naive, Confidently Misinformed

Powers: Lightning, Light affinity, Metal affinity, Crystal affinity, Spell-casting, Damage Transfer (Because she was partially made from her older Brother's severed tail she has a magical connection to her brother like a familiar and a protective spell that if she is hurt her brother will feel it instead of her)

She has a large wellspring of energy and stamina because she was created to be ideal as her mother's successor.

Aside from being able to control Lightning, she can also add spells to her Lightning to do various effects and while not having the proper elemental powers herself she is able to use properties of the elements: Light, Crystal, and Metal

Intelligence: 6/10
She is very intelligent in specific subjects, but outside her wheelhouse she has no idea what she's talking about and most dragons don't know what she's talking about either.

Combat Ability: 5/10
She has a lot of combat potential and is nearly invulnerable to damage but she is lacking in any real combat experience and is constantly protected.
